zerror derive

This library provides a derive macro so that an enum with a { core: ErrorCore } member will have the requisite methods
for manipulating the core.

Status
------

Maintenance track.  The library is considered stable and will be put into maintenance mode if unchanged for one year.

Scope
-----

This library derives ZerrorCore.

Warts
-----

- IoToZ will likely disappear before this library goes stable.
