Environment utilities with environment override file to support systems with difficult to no access to environment variables.
This is used in BlockProject 3D to provide simpler access to environment variables.
This is not intended as a replacement to proper configuration. This is instead designed to support specific startup configurations, usually needed for debugging tools.
