This is a Rust rewrite of classic POSIX cat(1) program.
The primary purpose of the Rust rewrite is to enable easy deployment on all Rust-supported platforms without need to deal with installing C compiler.
cat program sends files, stdin, or nothing to stdout.
Input from stdin is implicit if no arguments are given.
A single dash "-" argument can be used as a reference to stdin.
A single colon ":" argument can be used as a reference to an empty file.
This is free and unencumbered software released into the public domain.
This code can be used under terms of CC0 or the Unlicense.
