Core Rust library for Dialog — a Nostr-based, end-to-end encrypted notes-to-self app.
- Encrypted note creation (NIP-44 to self)
- Local storage via nostr-ndb
- Sync via Negentropy when available, with plain subscribe/fetch fallback
