Elic is a utilities library for Rust.

Namesake
This library is named after Elic(full name: Электроник), the robot character from the 1979 Soviet sci-fi series The Adventures of Elektronik. In the series, Elic is a robot created by Professor Gromov to play chess. However, Elic wants to become a real person, so he escapes the lab and eventually meets Serezya Siroyezkin, the boy who's picture Gromov used to design Elic's appearance.
