Eligible Receiver is a tool for finding eligible receivers for a given set of conditions. It is designed to be used in conjunction with the Eligible Receiver API.
Eligible Receiver is available as a release on GitHub. Download the latest release and extract the contents to a directory of your choice. You can then run the application by executing the eligiblereceiver
binary.
