cross-platform command-line tool to get the exact time
To install exacttime, you'll need to have Rust installed on your system. If you don't have Rust, you can install it from the official website: https://www.rust-lang.org/
Once Rust is installed, open your command prompt or terminal and run the following command:
cargo install exacttime
This will install FM globally on your system.
To create a new directory using FM, run the following command:
exacttime
