Why fenir's name ?

The fenir library would be named fenrir who is a wolf, guardian of hell for the viking gods and soon of Loki. But a translation error of my mine, where I forgot a r of this original name give the result of fenir name.

Purpose

Common library for Tyr project. This library is using by get-capec, get-cve, get-cwe,get-cpe and get-mitre command line utilities.
