hentavif
Converts an image to avif
Usage: hentavif --output <OUTPUT> --speed <SPEED> --quality <QUALITY>
Options:
-o, --output <OUTPUT> Output file
-s, --speed <SPEED> Goes from 1 (best quality) to 10 (very fast)
-q, --quality <QUALITY> Goes from 1 which is basically garbage to 100 which is pretty much placebo
-h, --help Print help
