HEPEVT in Rust

The HEPEVT format is a standard used in high-energy physics to represent event records. This project provides a Rust implementation for working with the HEPEVT format, enabling efficient and type-safe manipulation of event data. It aims to facilitate interoperability with existing tools and libraries in the field.
