korg_nano_kontrol_2 
User friendly API to the Korg nano KONTROL 2 MIDI controller. Heavily inspired by mitchmindree's Novation SL25 crate https://github.com/mitchmindtree/novation_remote_25sl
Provides a Event::from_midi for converting from raw MIDI messages to the
human-readable Events.
