Ledger APDU transport - BLE backend
Currently the implementation is pretty basic and feature incomplete. If you're trying to get bluetooth working with your ledger this is a great starting point. Might need a few tweaks. If you do improve this please submit a PR. If you're looking for additional features just let me know!
