libbklrs - a library for the Bakaláři school system

libbklrs aims to provide an interface to the Czech Bakaláři school system in Rust. I'm working on
it because it's mainly supposed to power my own app, bklrs. But I hope it will catch on, and other
people will also start using my work.

libbklrs is:

• Fast
• Easy to use
• Well documented
