Riichi Mahjong Calculator Via the Terminal

CLI tool that calculates the score of a hand in riichi mahjong.

• Manual mode (Calculator Mode): given han and fu, calculates the score
  
• Normal mode: given a hand, calculates the score with included yaku and fu
