manylists
Many lists (just two for now)
This crate provides two doubly-linked list abstractions: one that relies on static borrow checking, and one that relies on runtime borrow checking.
These abstractions are parameterized on an "index" type. This allows you
to use other types than usize to index into these lists.
Using a smaller type can improve memory footprint of linked list abstractions,
in particular.
