medicom_dict
This crate provides functionality for parsing the XML format of the DICOM
standard to produce Rust code definitions of tags, transfer syntaxes, UIDs, etc.
as well as lookup maps built with phf.
Eventually this will generalize for managing private dictionaries as well.
