Annex library to run the procedural for MPSTThree
This library provides the different procedural macros from https://github.com/NicolasLagaillardie/mpst_rust_github/mpst-seq/mpst-seq-proc/ to https://github.com/NicolasLagaillardie/mpst_rust_github/.
