Rust library for the NAU7802 I2C ADC using embedded-hal traits

Tested using Sparkfun's breakout for the NAU7802 (Qwiic Scale). Note I am not an employee of Sparkfun nor the ADC manufacturer, i.e. is this NOT an official library. Use at your own risk or whatever.
