Package registry library + module.
About
A helper utility to obtain package databse from registry and types for making use of within other GTK softwares.
This is just a library to be used in another softwares.
Module
NixOS module is to be imported and enabled, so software using nix-data-xinux bindings can read metadata from '/etc/nix-data/config.json' and operate accordingly.
