Easy way to trigger and get state of numlock in linux

Usage: numlockctl [COMMAND]
Commands:
status Print status of numlock [Default]
toggle Toggle numlock
on Switch on numlock
off Switch off numlock
help Print this message or the help of the given subcommand(s)
