XAPI Oxidized Core

This crate defines the literal core functionality of oxinat. Where in here you will find all of the library code we to define the top-level interface. Most of which is comprised of publicly available traits you, or another user, can use to implement your own usage, or extend oxinat_core to support your XNAT plugin.
