Product OS : Service Handler

Product OS : Service Handler is a full implementation of the Javascript feathers endpoint framework handling reads and writes to services in the same manner so that a Product OS server is compatible with FeathersJS.

What is Product OS?

Product OS is a collection of packages that provide different tools and features that can work together to build products more easily for the Rust ecosystem.

Installation

Use the Rust crate package manager cargo to install Product OS : Service Handler.

cargo add product-os-service-handler

or add Product OS : Service Handler to your cargo.toml [packages] section.

product-os-service-handler = { version = "0.0.9", features = [], default-features = true, optional = false }

Features

Product OS Service Handler supports a number of features leveraging existing Rust libraries including:

  • Full support for endpoints behaving the same as FeathersJS
  • Possible to run as a set of REST endpoints communicating with another FeathersJS server or emulating
