HTTP3 Qpack header compression
Encoding and decoding of HTTP3 headers according to the IETF RFC 9204.
This is an export from the hyperium/h3 crate for reusability in other areas.
Status
This is work in progress and which was needed for a separate proof of concept implementation. Thus, at this point, its feature and maintaince is undecided.
