🏛️ Quaestor

A high-performance filesystem auditing suite.

Quaestor is a tool suite designed to solve the "Digital Attic" problem: auditing storage to identify redundancy, compliance risks, and storage hotspots. It combines high-throughput Rust scanning with modern reporting and lets you browse the results instantly, like a clean file manager for all of your storage.

⚠️ Pre-Alpha Notice: This project is currently in active development. These packages are placeholders for the upcoming v0.1 release.

The Tool Suite

Quaestor is distributed as a decoupled suite of tools:

• quaestor-scanner (qs-scan): A concurrent filesystem scanner (Rayon).
• quaestor-builder (qs-build): A static site generator for audit reports.
• quaestor-server (qs-serve): A high-performance local report viewer.
