JPSS HDF5 Raw-Data-Record (RDR) Utility
Tool for creating RDRs from spacepacket files as well as dumping the spacepacket data contained in an RDR to NASA EOSDIS style PDS files.
Installing
If you have rust installed you can run the following (installing rust):
cargo install rdr
Or, you can download the latest binary from the releases
