Tink-Rust: rinkey Command-Line Key Management Tool
This crate provides the rinkey binary, which allows command-line manipulation of Tink keysets,
equivalent to the upstream tinkey utility.
Usage
rinkey is equivalent to tinkey so the upstream usage
instructions apply.
