rx_core CrateDue to crates.io not having namespacing, I can't own a "rx_core"/"rx_bevy" namespace. This means that certain crate names of yet-to-be-implemented operators and observables that are usually part of a complete rx suite could be accidentally taken by someone else.
And yes, crates.io should support namespacing.
