This is meant to be a simple way to make a neural network. This is just starting and will have major changes happening
Just added neat, it is still in beta however
The future of this project: The future of this project is ensure but I have some ideas for new QOL features one I have already added 1. Add multiple interpolation functions Done 2. Add an easy way to save/load a network 3. Add more layers such as a convolution layer 4. Make demo project(s) for others
