Regarding crates whose repos have no stars:
Most crates are installed, used, and forgotten. Stars on a crate's repo are a form of recognition for the creator's work, but stars are rare.
starless is here to gently remind you that there are real people behind your crates. Maybe, just maybe, it will make you think:
“Hmm... I could star a repo today . . . though probably not THIS one.”
