A safe suffix sorting library for byte strings.

This software is licensed under the MPL-2.0 as indicated by the respective license headers. The LICENSE-SACA-K file is included to give attribution to the original author of the reference implementation of the SACA-K algorithm, from which sufsort is derived. However, none of sufsort's code is licensed under the text of the LICENSE-SACA-K file.
