tbreak
Simple linux command line tool to force you to take breaks!
Two modes, soft and hard.
tbreak <mode> <timeInMinutes>
Soft - minimizes the users currently active screen at time provided
tbreak soft 60 - minimizes the users active screen in 60 minutes
Hard - sends the user to the lock screen at the time provided
tbreak hard 60 - locks user screen in 60 minutes
