TODO: this crate will let us run custom analysis inside and outside of a given date window.
In case there was an important window in which transaction flow is expected to be substantially different, this functionality will be helpful to identify transaction patterns inside and outside of it.
Several windows could be set and separate analyses run for each.
The purpose is to allow a way for a user to analyze the year inside of a given range and contrast this analysis to what happened outside of that range.
